2017 · New Starting Point, New Journey

In August, due to the increase in the number of employees and the need to expand business scale, the university evaluated moving into Vanke Yunxi and began a new development journey.

Big Data in 2016

In June, in order to meet the needs of the real estate appraisal market, University Appraisal introduced the "Cloud Appraisal" platform and developed and launched the "Haixi House Appraisal" inquiry system and "Haixi House Appraisal" OA system (referred to as Appraisal Treasure) through local data construction.

In the same year, the Nanjing branch was established.

2014 · Leadership Care, Promoting Legislation

In February, Huang Wei, deputy director of the Administrative Law Office of the Law Working Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and a delegation of five visited the university to evaluate and investigate the legislative work of the Asset Appraisal Law of the People's Republic of China.

In May, Liu Xiaofeng, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, led a delegation of CPPCC members to visit the university for on-site evaluation and research.

In July, due to the need to apply for a first level qualification in real estate appraisal, it was renamed as Xiamen University Asset Appraisal Land Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd.

2013 · New Strategy and New Concept

The university evaluation has deeply implemented the enterprise development strategy of "based in Xiamen, facing the west coast, and radiating throughout the country", practicing the business philosophy of "establishing the foundation of integrity, inheriting the spirit of the university, and creating a first-class brand", and the company has entered a stage of leapfrog development.

2012 · Haixi Leading

In April, the China Asset Appraisal Association released the ranking of the top 100 appraisal institutions in China, with university appraisal ranking first among appraisal institutions in Fujian Province. Since then, university appraisal has continued to maintain and expand its leading advantage.

In the same year, the Nanning branch and the Shenzhen branch were successively established.

Top 10 Intermediary Agencies in 2008

In May, the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission significantly raised the entry threshold for securities industry evaluation qualifications. University evaluation is the first institution in Fujian Province to obtain the new version of securities industry evaluation qualifications. This year, in the evaluation of more than 1000 various intermediary agencies in Xiamen, the university ranked among the top ten intermediary agencies.

In 2006, we focused on meeting customer needs

The university has started implementing a comprehensive training program for all staff and introduced a service philosophy of "focusing on customer needs".

In 2004, the Party branch was established

The university evaluation party branch was established and has been rated as an excellent party branch multiple times since then.

In 2003, extensive participation in the construction of guidelines

The expert team of university evaluation participated in the verification and review of the "Asset Evaluation Standards - Basic Standards" and the expert team of university evaluation led the drafting of the "Asset Evaluation Professional Ethics Standards - Basic Standards", which were released by the Ministry of Finance. This is a milestone event in China's asset evaluation industry, and since then, university evaluation has extensively and deeply participated in the construction of China's asset evaluation standard system.

The university evaluation is responsible for formulating the benchmark land price in Xiamen, and has been continuously commissioned by the Ministry of Land and Resources to dynamically monitor the land price in Xiamen since this year.

In the same year, Longyan Branch was established.

2000 · Successful restructuring

Xiamen University Asset Appraisal Firm has undergone restructuring and its company name has been changed to Xiamen University Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. University evaluation has entered a new development journey.

In February, the Zhangzhou branch was established.

1999 · Pioneering

The concept of "tax base assessment" began to emerge in China, which was first proposed by Professor Ji Yicheng, a university evaluator, and paved the way for tax base assessment in China.

Ranked first in 1998

The university evaluation participated in the stock reform evaluation of Sinopec.

Two years later, Sinopec became the first mega state-owned enterprise in China to be listed in Hong Kong, London, and New York simultaneously.

In the same year, the company won the first prize in the "Wuyi Cup Asset Evaluation TV Competition".

In 1995, it was first used

University evaluation is the first in the industry to design and use computer evaluation software as an auxiliary tool for evaluation work, which greatly improves work efficiency.

In the same year, five years before the introduction of China's intangible asset evaluation standards, universities have actively explored and practiced intangible asset evaluation.

1993 · First securities qualification obtained

After joint approval by the former State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Administration of China and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, it has been confirmed that the university evaluation has the qualification to engage in securities business evaluation.

University evaluation has become one of the earliest evaluation institutions in China to obtain the qualification to engage in securities business evaluation.
