Job description:

(1) Handle and participate in evaluation services related to IPO applications and mergers and acquisitions of listed companies.

(2) Carry out evaluation work in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and asset evaluation criteria (such as data collection, on-site verification, inquiry and simple pricing, draft compilation, etc.), including but not limited to conducting on-site surveys, interviews with management departments, value analysis and estimation of enterprises and various types of assets.

Job requirements:

(1) Bachelor's degree or above in asset appraisal, finance, civil engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related fields from a university, with English proficiency level 4 or above;

(2) Internship or work experience in securities related auditing, asset valuation, data analysis and calculation is preferred;

(3) Proficient in using computers;

(4) Diligent and dedicated, down-to-earth and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
